This Privacy Notice explains what information Black Ice (the "Game") collects and how it is used.

Account information: the email address and password you use to sign up, and your in-game username.
Gameplay data: your in-game stats, inventory, activity, and progress, stored so the Game functions.
Purchase information: when you buy a pack or item with real money, payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, Paddle.com. We do not see or store your card number or full payment details - we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, along with the order/transaction ID, so we can deliver your item.

2. How We Use Information

To operate your account and save your game progress.
To deliver items you purchase.
To maintain game security and prevent cheating or abuse.
To communicate important account or service notices to you.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Game:

Firebase (Google): for account authentication and storing game data.
Paddle.com: for processing real-money purchases. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the support channel provided in-game.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing, and we do not knowingly collect data from such users.

7. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
